“The banner was great in every way except there was a black line running horizontally across the banner that wasn't in the proof. I received a refund and I will print again. I'm please with the service so far.”

“Art is printed sideways and needs to be re-done BEFORE our upcoming event. Very disappointing. The instructions on the website are NOT clear and the template is worse for step & repeat banners. Why did they print the art for a horizontal banner vertically?”
