“I spent several hours perfecting a new sign for my business. The print proof showed it was aligned within with the printing lines. When banner arrived, there was 2 foot space between the top of the banner and the art and logo, on every side. It looks ridiculous and disproportionate. We have to have this sign, so I’m paying more locally to get it trimmed down and restitched with grommets. Very frustrating but maybe I didn’t realize when ordering.”
