“The Christmas banner ordered for our church came out great. Upon submitting my order, an email alerting me to an issue found with one of the graphics was received a few hours later. A five minute phone call to Build A Sign to follow up on that had the issue fixed and the order processed. I've ordered several banners throughout 2024 and have zero complaints. This is a great company that's really on top of things.”

“The banner was great in every way except there was a black line running horizontally across the banner that wasn't in the proof. I received a refund and I will print again. I'm please with the service so far.”
