“It was a very positive experience getting our banner made with Build-A-Sign. The customer service team was very helpful and creating the banner was super easy. Pricing was very reasonable as well. I would defiantly recommend this company for all your signage needs. I know I will be a repeat customer.”

“It looked great when I received it. Exactly what I wanted. And to be honest, it came pretty fast too. I believe this is the second time I have used them. Great job.”

“I used this website because the turn-around time was short and I needed them quickly for an event. I received them the day of the event, and only 10 of my 14 banners were in the package. All of the ones missing had our actual logo on them, so they were the most important ones. I had paid for expedited shipping and they didn't credit the shipping back to us "because we received part of the order" but if we had known we weren't going to have the full display, we wouldn't have expedited the shipping in the first place. In addition to the issues with receiving, the quality is terrible. All of the signs should be either 2x8 or x 10 and NONE of them are actually 2 feet wide. They're like 1.5-1.75 maybe, which looks terrible against our 2-foot grids used to display them. All of the seams are puckered, so you have to stretch them and secure with zip ties on all corners to get them to hang straight. I would never order from this company again but I'm stuck with these banners until I can afford to replace them.”

“Hard to tell how the banner turned out since I am apparently never going to receive it in a timely fashion. Must have sent it UPS - not a good thing to do in Colorado and have expectations of arrival and in one piece.”
