“ChatGPT said: Review of BuildASign.com: Extremely disappointing experience with BuildASign.com. They sent a message claiming my order had shipped, but the courier never even picked it up—it was just sitting in their warehouse. When I contacted customer service, they repeatedly lied over the phone and via email, insisting it was en route when it clearly wasn’t. The product finally arrived much later than promised, forcing me to buy a last-minute replacement planner at my own expense due to their incompetence. To top it off, they refused to reimburse me. Very bad service—unreliable, dishonest, and unhelpful. Do not trust this company.”

“The banner itself looked great, but it arrived in a smashed box. Buildasign was courteous enough to give me 3 suggestions to fix the creases. I tired the iron method. They suggested a low heat iron and a towel under the iron, but I had to use high heat, a towel and press for 10 seconds to remove the crease. This was time consuming and it was mostly effective. Furthermore, after telling BuildaSign about my consternation at having to “iron” my sign, they offered to refund my money or replace the sign which I felt was honorable. In the end, we decided the sign would work as is and refused a refund or redo. As a result, we would gladly work with BuildASign again as we know if there was another issue on another order, they would make it right! Kudos to BuildASign!”
