“Ordered a flag for a nonprofit I work for that supports veterans and military. Shortly after I put in the order for the flag, I received a email message telling me a need to submit a higher quality image. I sent the higher quality image via email but didn’t hear anything back. I sent a folio w up email requesting an update but never heard anything back. I called the company and they confirmed the emails I sent and told me they were going to transfer me to the art review team. When I was transferred no one picked up and eventually I was disconnected. Went through the phone call process again only to get the same results. The flag came in the mail but was not the higher resolution I submitted. I will be trying to contact the company again and hopefully I will be able to get this matter resolved.”

“The banner was almost perfect. The gloss, the quality, the color, was all great! The only issue I had was that I ordered the banner to have 3 gromets on the top and 3 on the bottom & I recieved it with 3 on the top and only 2 on the bottom (the middle one was missing).”
