“I just put the boxes together to realise that one of the lids had a massive crack running down it and when I tried to log into my account to complain it says my credentials aren’t valid anymore ridiculous”

“The side panels and corner pieces fitted perfectly. The one page diagrammatic construction guidance was good - it was a pleasure to build something so accurately engineered. It did my Routemaster proud!”
