“I live on the first floor of a tenement flat..there was a buzz on the main door..then a thud. Delivery literally threw the flooring roll into the common entrance and scarpered. No exchange at all. Im 65 and cant carry it..It's still there waiting for the contractor to arrive to bring it upstairs. So don't know what it's like”

I'm sorry your vinyl was left. Unfortunately, our deliveries are kerbside deliveries as the drivers are not insured to enter the property.
However in saying this, the driver should have waited to exchange the item with you so we will pass this information on to the delivery depot.
“This looks fantastic down its easy to cut and good quality. I put mine down myself but if your not good at stuff get a fitter in. It was wrapped well and arrived when they said it would 8n good condition. Love it.”
