“Such beautiful flooring ❤️ And looks great in my new shower room. Received so fast and customer service is 10/10. I had a bit of a query regarding the flooring I wanted. I was sent great samples but was confused about the colour as it looked a little different from the photo on the website. Customer service were amazing in helping me, and even sent me more samples to compare. Amazing! This company will def be my go to place for flooring from now on.”

“I live on the first floor of a tenement flat..there was a buzz on the main door..then a thud. Delivery literally threw the flooring roll into the common entrance and scarpered. No exchange at all. Im 65 and cant carry it..It's still there waiting for the contractor to arrive to bring it upstairs. So don't know what it's like”

Hi Beverley, I'm sorry your vinyl was left. Unfortunately, our deliveries are kerbside deliveries as the drivers are not insured to enter the property. However in saying this, the driver should have waited to exchange the item with you so we will pass this information on to the delivery depot.
