“Double bed took two of us almost 2 hours to assemble, including unpacking time. Instructions were basic but ok to follow. Be a difficult job for one person. Bed works well and storage space great and bigger than I expected. Would recommend.”
“Bed frame and mattress as accepted. Daughter loves it. Instructions and frame could be better marked with clearer parts identifiable ie part A part B or numbered”
“After getting up at 5.45am to take delivery at 6am ... (which was a tad early) - I then attempted to assemble the bed - only to find the incorrect parts had been delivered. Customer services however - were really helpful and got the correct items sent to me very swiftly. Bed is now in use and looks great.”
“With the relatively low price of this Ottoman, I did not have high hopes that it would be of good quality. Was wrong, it is a quality product and easy to put together, packed very well and easy to follow instructions.”
“Excellent communication at every step of my order. They even contacted my local delivery company to ensure that I would receive it at a certain time. The only negative was the delivery man was alone and refused to carry it up to my apartment as not insured. I had to agree to accept any damage if he carried it up. I had no choice as I was physically unable to do so myself. Not the companies fault but the local carrier. He did so and thankfully there was no damage.”
“I Purchased a lift up bed , I ordered a small double in Error only realized my mistake when it was delivered. The Team at the Bed Factory ordered me Double with no problem's and swopped over on the next delivery. Great Value for money. Highly Reccommend. Many Thanks”
