“Had a bit of trouble to start as the bed we ordered was delayed, then out of stock, due to COVID I couldn’t phone, but was emailing Josh who was very efficient, ordered a replacement, it was delivered within a week. Couldn’t grumble at all with the service.”

“Easy to assemble! Just read the instructions carefully to make sure you don't miss any parts. It's easy to forget the support bars for the pistons when attaching them to the headboard and footboard. Make sure they're sloping the correct way in the same direction too, else the bed won't close properly.”

“This bed is great. It's the second one we have ordered and we are really pleased with it. Last time we dealt with this company we had absolutely no problems, but this time it wasn't great. Order booked in then never arrived, poor communication due to not being able to speak to anyone on the telephone due to Covid-19. They did rectify things in the end, but it took a number of emails and was quite stressful.”
