“Already smoked a joint of Gammon and cooked burgers, sausages and chicken. So easy to use and because of the size I was able to cook using indirect heat so nothing got burnt. Easy assembly and great delivery.”
“The feel of this BBQ is much flimsier than the 20-year-old Weber it replaced, I'm not sure this one will last as well. The hinged lid and temperature guage are handy features though. I've yet to try the smoking accessory but that has potential to be useful too. Assembling it was fiddly, and care had to be taken to follow the guide precisely - it was made more difficult by a manufacturing error with the bottom vent being in the wrong position from that illustrated (it is now set up for a left-handed person which is awkward for me as a right hander). Overall I'm not sure this BBQ represents VFM compared to the basic kettle drum model we had before but as I still prefer the traditional charcoal models to the modern gas alternatives I feel it will be OK for me.”
“Did my research on which Weber kettle BBQ to buy and decided upon this one. It had to be a Weber. Not disappointed! Does everything that a charcoal BBQ should do and more. The hinged lid is excellent, the ash collector a must-have, the hinged grill to add more charcoal a simple but clever idea. Love the whole thing and being a Weber, adds kudos. Having read the pamphlets provided, looking forward to improved BBQ cooking!”
