“Bbq world sent me a used and damaged bbq. Then tried to pawn it off on Weber. It wasn’t until I mentioned that the contract is with the retailer that they agreed to resend. It took them 8 days to agree to honour consumer law.
Honestly, avoid.”

We would like to make it clear that BBQ World does not sell used or damaged items as new. All products are supplied as new stock from the manufacturer or authorised supply chain.
Where damage or faults are reported after delivery, the issues shown can sometimes relate to manufacturing, transit, or handling problems, and we may liaise with the manufacturer to help assess the quickest and most appropriate resolution. However, how we resolve an issue for our customer is ultimately handled by us as the retailer.
In this case, once the matter had been reviewed, we arranged a replacement BBQ. We are sorry that you felt the process took longer than expected, and we understand your frustration.

“Straight out of the box there were visible and structural defects in the product. Even after detailing every single issue with as much information as possible. I was sent a replacement casing for the handle which was useless and did not address the scratched lid, uneven and Misaligned Base or the bent metal handle attached to the base. After attempting to contact BBQworld again I still haven't received any response since last week even though several attempts were made. This is absolutely unacceptable.”
“The BBQ was delivered with two obvious places of damage on a leg and the bowl despite the packaging being fine! On further inspection there are 13 missing pieces, one duplicate and two washers not mentioned on the assembly instructions. Despite reporting all of this in a timely fashion with explanation and pictures we are yet to receive communication regarding a suitable solution !”
