“Mail was fine and I received it a couple of days later. And the damaged part for replaced by Weber about a week later. I built it today and it took about 1.5 hours instead of 45 minutes as advertised.”
“My only (slight) criticism of the product is that I had to use my own socket set to tighten up the bolts on the lid holder. That wasn't clear in the instructions.
The BILT app was a fabulous additional help for the assembly - the 3D visualisations are superb.
This is my third Weber - each seems to last about a decade. This one has an integrated thermometer, an improved lid holder, tool hooks on the drag handle and an enclosed ash catcher. It all looks great and I look forward to many years of use.”
