“Weber master touch bbq brilliant. Very high quality and new design gives excellent control over your cooking wether it be burgers or leg of lamb as iv just done on mine!!”
“I have been a Webber barbecue user for over 30 years and I’ve never been disappointed. I don’t expect to be with this product. The reason for giving it one star is that the courier employed by barbecue world is utterly useless. They dumped the product outside my front door in a way that I couldn’t get the front door open, totally contrary to delivery instructions. They also left it out in the rain so the box is ruined. I left an email with barbecue world to say that their reputation was being damaged by this useless courier, DPD, and I’ve had no response. I haven’t even opened the box in case the product is damaged because the box was damaged. That’s my beef.”
“It is a great BBQ - I had one previously - a basic one- which lasted 17 years! - Sadly the quality has dropped off a little and there are one or two "minor inconveniences" - 1. The cotter pins that keep the wheels on are very tricky to fit and have failed me twice. 2. There is a bit of "non-enamel" on the handle - which I will have to touch up with enamel paint - else the rust will kick in quite quickly. The air vent is more loose that I was used to - but I guess that with use this will become more "sticky".”
“Thermometer guage was broken when packaging opened. The thermometer pointer was not attached to the dial making it obsolete. I have not yet contacted BBQ world to request a replacement. Hopefully this will not be problematic. Delivery was timely, price was competetive, no other issues. This rating would have been 5 star without this issue.”
“What a great company, very competitive prices, great product range and speedy delivery. Was kept informed of order progress. The bbq is brilliant, well made, easy to build and very easy to learn how to control. Great for the beginner with the capability of trying more difficult cooks and techniques. The build quality means that is a bbq for life.”
