“The one bit that was pre-assembled, the bottom baffle, was inexplicably installed back to front, which was apparent when the action didn't line up with the indicators. Bit of go ogling later and I was able to fix it myself with little effort. As a BBQ, I've been smoking chicken and homemade sausage with ease. Love it! Simple enough to operate and easy to clean.”
