“When we bought our bath I asked the man on the phone to include this item in my order as the website stated it was essential. He insisted that I did not need this part as it was of inferior quality and that I could purchase a far better part from any reputable plumbing suppliers. Two weeks later when my plumber came to install my bathroom, he told me that he couldn't fit the bath without this part. We even went to our local suppliers to see if we could find one that would fit, but there was no such item available. I had to order the part from you again, which in fairness arrived the following day, but it still cost me an extra day of the plumbers time. PLEASE, if it says "it's essential" It's ESSENTIAL”

“Firstly, it isn't documented or highlighted on the website that this is needed for the bath that I bought. Once I found out this was needed for the bath that I had purchased from Bathroom Mountain, when my plumber went to install he saw that it does not meet the UK regulations, extremely dissapointed.”
