“It wasn’t available with my order on arrival and turned up three days later . I had to go and buy an alternative mcalpine from Screwfix to fit the unit . I’ve given it three stars on the Delvery not the unit itself as it’s still in a box .”

“After searching forthrough several suppiers I easily found the right size and shape of the shower tray waste water which is 15yrs old. Well done it arrived two days later.”
“Good product but struggles sometimes with the volume of water I'm putting through it when the water contains lather. I have a power shower which is able to push out water at a high rate. Perhap I should have considered installing a deeper shower tray.”
“No issue with the product, the delivery however was shocking. Didn't arrive until day 3..... i had a very unhappy tiler and plumber. Did refund delivery but that dosnt compensation for 2 days lost work for the tiler and plumber”

We always advise customers not to book fitters until the full order has been received to avoid any extra costs. We have refunded the delivery charges as a gesture of goodwill, and we regret the inconvenience this caused.
