“When I went to order the radiator discovered the valves and pipe connectors had to be bought separetly which I was surprised at as other sites include them, also not cheap, but do match. So for ascetics they would look good for everything the same. Some show the rad with chrome pipes. My main annoyance was that on the rad page, it showed the "bought with" items of black valves and pipes. I therefore bought these pipes as it infered these were the correct pipes the use with this rad. When my plumber came to hang it was obvious these pipes were too short. I only have small pencil round skirting boards, but once brackets in place above the skirts it meant pipes did not even reach the floor. See photo. I contact Bathroom Mountain who informed me they also had 300mm pipes, but did not do an exchange system. So had to buy longer ones with a £6.99 postage, then had to pay the postage to return the original ones. Spoilt what should have been a joyful experience”
