“Initially order the in line ones by mistake these are the replacements but getting a refund on the unopened unused ones is becoming a chore. I send all the details with photographs of them perfect as delivered but heard nothing. It’s the after care that makes things feel good that you can order two options knowing the refund will be there for the one unused.”

“Ordered the wrong valves. No big deal so I reordered angled ones. The returns process is painful, you have to fill in a form, take pictures, then get approval. Once you have approval you have to print and sign another form - for what, I have no idea. I don't believe anyone is filing that in this day and age. Just a waste of time and making it purposefully difficult to process a return is how it comes across. The angled valves should have arrived next day delivery. Tomorrow we will be on day 3 and DHL still haven't delivered it, just telling me delivery is delayed. This is now delaying my project. Would order elsewhere if I wasn't going to have such a headache returning those as well.”
