“Ordered the radiator and the company knowing that we had a baby dumped the radiator in the middle of the lounge saying it is fine here and just left the house even though we we asked for it to be placed in the kitchen.
We escalated to the company and they are not even preferred to address the situation saying the delivery company is separate to us even though we paid for the delivery as part of the overall invoice.”
