“We ordered 2 of these but made a mistake in ordering both of them in Anthracite. When we asked to return one in exchange for a white one the company wasn’t overly helpful. They told us to send one back at our own cost and that we had to sort it out. I accept that this was our mistake and also accept the return cost but we needed their help to organise the collection/return, which I don’t think was too much to ask especially as we were buying a white one. Lovely radiator but substandard customer support.”
