“Heat exchange is very poor with this unit, even with the boiler running at its maximum temperature, you can hold your hand against the radiator. The other radiators in the property on the same heating circuit you can barely touch under the same boiler conditions. I'm now in the position, three years down the line of having to scrap the unit and replace with a better more efficient unit.”
