“The product appears to have been delivered in good condition. Given the weight of the items, I was concerned that the couriers may have damaged the product given the condition of the outer packaging, however, the use of bubble wrap and corner protectors appears to have protected it. When the plumber installs them, I’ll update the review.”
“|Not had it plumbed in yet as waiting for plumber but looks robust and will do job, saw them also in the Bathroom Mountain store in Milton Keynes and decided to order one. Makes more of a statment than traditional radiators.”
“Rad looks great up. Was some issues when we opened box (TRV valve cap was split). To save the time of returning (heating engineer booked and fitting) we just fitted it. When brackets went on the wall it became clear the brackets were bent in transit or in manufacture and needed some bending back to shape in order for rad to sit right. Apart from that, the rad looks great and the issues haven’t been a huge problem.”
