“Unfortunately for me the quality wasn't what I was expecting, especially given the other reviews! There were also small scratches on the shower head! Strange as brand new! The hand held is plastic as is the hose. Although pvc hoses seem to be the norm, so it won't last. In fact very little appears to be brass. Giving 3 stars as Bathroom Mountain did arrange the return after some going back and forth, so can't fault them there.”
