“Shower arrived promptly. It is beautiful! Delighted I chose this one. Yet to be fitted. There was a slight default on the cover plate that did not affect the working of the shower. On the packaging there was steps to follow to provide details of any issues. This was easy to follow and they replied promptly offering a discount or return. Excellent customer service, great company. Would use again.”
