Spanish smoked paprika, known as Pimenton, is a traditional ingredient made from red peppers grown and produced exclusively in Extremadura, Spain. Comes in a lovely metal box the old-fshioned way. Excellent for small presents for the cook in your life. On a taste trial, it is quite strong so use a little less than you would use sweet paprika unless you like it a bit more pungent. Ideal for my goulash tonight!
