Mascaro Orange Liqueur, crafted since 1946, is made using the original recipe of Narciso Mascaro. The Spanish liqueur is clear and crystalline with a powerful and delicate aroma, retaining the freshness and fruity hints of bitter-sweet oranges. On the palate, it offers a wonderful citrus burst with hints of marmalade and a zesty finish. Serve between 16 and 18°C or on ice. Ideal for preparing cakes, desserts, and can be used for flambeing crepes suzette. This exquisite Spanish liqueur is rich, lively, and velvety, making it a perfect addition to your collection.

If you are looking for an orange liqueur like triple sec, this is perfect. Possibly even more orangey than most triple sec liqueurs.

This liqueur is less slightly sweet than the regular orange liqueurs; it has a slight kick to it which is lovely. And! - it comes in a 70cl bottle, not the usual 50 cl. Excellent flavour and value.

The lamb was excellent. Marinated it over night with white wine rosemary and garlic and roasted it, it was tender and succulent.

The lamb was perfect cooked the javier way. The lamb was succulent, tender and very juicy. The quarter served two just fine. Served with roast potatoes cooked on a bed of sliced shallots and chorizo, and boiled golden beets drizzled with Cabrales Spanish blue cheese. We drank Rioja Prado Enea Gran Reserva 2006 Superb!
