Read Basco Fine Foods Reviews

Pan De Coca Folgueroles, a 250g artisan rustic Spanish bread, handcrafted from 100% natural ingredients without preservatives or additives. Coca bread is a slow food, made with patience and care. The dough is shaped and allowed to ferment for over eight hours before baking. La Coca de Folgueroles, based outside Barcelona, specializes in the artisan production of this famous bread. Pan de coca is an ideal accompaniment to all meals. It is the bread used to make pan tumaca (tomato bread), and pairs perfectly with Spanish ham charcuterie, cheeses, tapas, or is great for breakfast or brunch. Defrost the ready-baked bread for 20 minutes and warm it in a preheated oven at 200°C for 4-6 minutes. Alternatively, toast it in a toaster, grill, or barbecue.

This Spanish Bread was outstanding - we used it for Tomato Bread for a number of Spanish guests - they all said it was some of the best bread they had ever had here or in Spain. Would use again.

Excellent bread, properly made and easy to work with, comes in a very well insulated cold packaging. It's absolutely beautiful when toasted with some garlic, tomato and olive oil, reminds me of my favevourite tapas place back home.
