Our ready to cook suckling pig leg is a joint perfect for 2 people to share. It has succulent meat with crispy crackling in just 1 hour. This cut is from the hind quarter of the suckling pig, which remains with its mother for up to 21 days and is entirely milk fed. This produces meat with the finest texture and flavor. To cook, bring the suckling pig to room temperature and place in a pre-heated oven at 200°C/390°F/Gas Mark 6 with the skins facing upwards for 1 hour until tender with a wonderful crispy crackling.

Terrific service - had hardly pressed send on the order and the package was delivered!! No house name on the package but the driver phoned and sorted it very efficiently. The leg itself is delicious!! Wonderful moist meat and delicious crispy skin took us back to Spain and delicious al fresco meals in Mediterranean sunshine! A far cry from the torrential rain and high winds of storm Garret - and made it even more enjoyable pretending we were somewhere else!!

Absolutely brilliant. I bought 5, having previously ejoyed the taste. All arrived 48 hrs after ordering. Well packaged. Decided to cook the first leg yesterday. I took the leg out of the vacuum pack 48 hrs earlier and left the leg in the fridge to thaw. Once thawed simply salted the leg and left it in the fridge for another 24 hrs. Followed cooking instructions, simply heat oven to 200c fan and cook for 1 hour. The leg was amazingly juicy, incredible crispy skin and stunning flavour. Served with a spicy apple sauce. Can't wait to cook the remaining legs.
