Our Galician Whole Beef Fillet is sourced from the highest quality beef in Galicia, Northwest Spain. We only use retired dairy cows between 8 and 12 years old, which are chubbier and have a higher percentage fat content, giving the fillet a distinct and unique flavour. The beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 7 days, allowing for natural grass-fed marbling. This lean, mean, and tender cut is prized for its quality and can be enjoyed as steaks or a roast.

“The Galician whole beef fillet was even better than I expected. It was very tender but had a greater depth of flavour than most fillet steaks which can be quite bland. It took great caramelisation on the griddle which made it taste very ‘meaty’. Being able to cut off exactly the size you want is also a great advantage and the value of a whole piece is a compelling proposition.”

“Great quality fillet, I made an amazing steak tartare with it and I froze most of it in the freezer. Really good price for that much fillet, I cleaned it out from excessive fat and silverskin, but the waste was minimal.”
