Secreto Iberico is a prized cut from the top of the Iberian pig's loin. Located near the fat, it is often referred to as the 'hidden gem' of Iberico pork. This is the second time that I have tried Secreto from Basco. Prompt service and delivery as is always the case, but the meat was exceptional. The fat running through the meat almost disappears after cooking (we barbecued half and cooked half in the oven) but it gives the most succulent tasting pork that I have ever eaten. I will be back for more

After defrosting the meat in its package for 24 hours in the fridge and opening it up, we then saw the true beauty of this special piece of Iberico pork. We then grilled it on the BBQ 4-5 minutes each side. The pork tasted amazing and was devoured by our guests! I would recommend Iberico Secreto to anyone who loves good quality pork and the team over at Basco were extremely helpful when I called them to ask for cooking advice. Cant wait to order some more Spanish delicacies soon!

This a favourite. We rub sweet paprika and salt and barbecue. Goes well with patatas bravas and a salad. The meat is very high quality.

Simply the best cut of pork I've ever treated. Simply seasoned with salt and pepper, cooked medium rare on the BBQ. So tender and juicy. The flavour was exceptional.
