Absolutely beautiful cut of meat. I’ve used it for steaks, char siu and I’m just about to finish the trim as gyoza dumplings. Great value. Although the packaging was probably a little much

First tried Secreto on a trip to Edinburgh this year, and when I saw it on the website I knew I had to order it, and it didn’t disappoint! My only complaints were that piece was slightly smaller than 1kg (850g), and it was quite fatty, and that needed to be trimmed before cooking to avoid it being chewy.
