Iberico Baby Back Ribs, 1.3Kg These succulent Iberico Baby Back pork ribs are cut from the Iberico pork loin. They are smaller than standard ribs but offer a far superior flavor due to the diet of acorns and herbs consumed by indigenous black Iberico pigs as they graze in the Dehesa forests of southwest Spain. The animals' exercise also fosters the marbling that makes Iberico pork ribs so special. The acorn and herb-flavored pork is high in mono-unsaturated fats that melt at low temperatures, making it not only delicious but also more healthy than the fat from normal pork. Iberico Baby Back pork ribs have a higher fat content than standard ribs, but their complex flavor is worth it.

We cooked them in the barbaque. You can taste the difference on the flavour of Iberico pig compare to any other ribs you can buy in the supermarket. So tender and tasty, definitely a must for the next bbq.

I marinaded these ribs, cooked them at a very low temperature for 3 hours and finished them off on the barbecue - they were tasty and succulent

Slow cooked with sherry, garlic and rosemary, these are melt in your mouth nuggets of deliciousness perfect for a lazy Sunday lunch in the sun. Wash it down with lots of cold white Rioja. Perfect and fantastic value.

Very good and succulent ribs with enough meat and fat in proportion. Very tasty after couple hours of slow cooking in my broiler.
