“Utterly delicious. Creamy meat with melting fat and wonderful crackling. With just a little salt it was a feast. It was as good or better than I ate in Segovia. We are all looking forward to more Spanish treats from Basco Fine Foods”

“Purchased two of these, one for our Christmas table. It looks superb. We haven't tried the other one yet but look forward to it. We recently had a suckling pig rack and that was lovely so we have every expectation that the suckling pig will be the same. Que aproveche!”
