“Due to family circumstances, we had our Christmas dinner on Saturday 29th Dec. All I can say is that the cochinillo was that totally superb. I followed the recipe instructions and the meat was juicy, creamy and oh so tasty. The skin crisped up beautifully and was a total joy to eat. I’ve added to email laddress st when it becomes available again and will be our go to feast dish. Thank you again”
