“Delivery booked for a specific date - arrived as requested, no problems. Quality of product was outstanding - defrosted for 2 days, laid flat and trussed thd legs slightly, then roasted at 180c for 2.5 hours, back down for the first half, turned half way. Light and crisp crackling, meltingly tender meat and sweet, ouzing fat. Would have comfortably fed 8 people. Absolutely brilliant.”
