Had this last year for Christmas as it was so good and trumps any roast we have had before, delivery is quick easy in the freezer ready to defrost for Christmas. Treat yourselves you won’t regret it

This has to be cooked slowly on a rotisserie to get the best results. You will then taste the true quality of this product.

Delicious. Fed 7 of us comfortably and I made two jars of rillettes with the leftovers. I would recommend allowing longer for it to defrost than the 12-24 hours they advise. It was still frozen solid in our fridge after 24 hours so needed a cold water bath. It’s vacuum sealed so this was easy. I had allowed extra time already so it was fine for our meal.
