“This is my 2nd time I ve bought the Suckling pig. Both times I was very pleased with the service, communication by phone, text, email and the delivery. “This was a treat for a family gathering. Simply seasoned with salt, pepper and fennel, then roasted on very low (120°C), covered, for 6 hours, followed by high (250°C) for 45 minutes. The crackling was glass-thin with a beautiful snap, while the flesh was incredibly flavourful and succulent. Out of this world. This will now be the centrepiece for all family celebrations going forward!”

“Easy to use on line ordering Basco communication from order confirmation to despatch / delivery was excellent The quality of our suckling pig went down a storm with my guests, a real show stopper , literally everything bar the grunt was devoured Plenty for the 8 of us Easy to cook, a one pan roast so minimal washing up Will definitely be back for more”
