GRAPE VARIETIES 100% Monastrell TASTING NOTES Cherry colour. Ripe berry fruits on the nose with quiet elegance. Full bodied on the palate with intense flavour of roasted fruits and a spicy, vanilla finish with good length. FOOD PAIRING Excellent with chorizo sausage, cured cheese, barbecued meats and hearty stews.

“This has a really strong spice flavour which hits you and the alcohol taste is not present until after which is just superb. It is full bodied and lovely. I'm not much of a wine lover but I liked this.”
