All our serrano hams have an ETG accreditation for Guaranteed Traditional Speciality. The pigs are 100% Spanish and are selected for their quality. The curing process takes 14 months, during which the hams are carefully cured under the oversight of the Martinez Somalo ham master. This ensures each jamon is cured long enough for a consistent, firm, and full-flavored ham.
