“Beautiful serrano ham. Its having very delicate and succulent taste. The only objection I have are the preservatives. I couldn't find any ham without nitrites (E250 E252), which is demostrated to be harmful for the health. I hope We can find nitrits free hams in future.”

“This was a purchase after much hunting on the internet and it was bought due to the high number of good reviews - I have not been disappointed. I have purchased about 5 or 6 jamon legs over the years and this is by far the best. There is plenty of protection provided by the fat and grease, lots of very tasty meat inside and it cuts like a dream. Other legs that I have bought, including ones I have had in Spain, have been much more fatty and fairly bland in taste - this is neither. It was well packaged, arrived very quickly and I suspect will only last a month or so, as the speed we are eating it. FULLY RECOMMENDED, will buy again.”

“After being disappointed with a Serrano ham bought elsewhere last year, I decided to do my research. We choose BASCO (from many) because they are a U.K. independent supplier of authentic Spanish foods. Gave lots of info about the provenance of their hams, age, taste & storage. It was worth it! Our Serrano ham, arrived on time, beautifully boxed and most importantly: it tastes divine! We will be back for more.”
