“We are very pleased with this ham. It is exceptional value for money and as the daughter of an Englishman whose family spent their lives in Northern Spain I am accustomed to eating good ham. I advise anyone to try this. Any initial tough slices at the beginning can be slowly cooked and added to stews.”
