Enjoy a delicious dinner for two with our Steak and Wine Box. Savor one large 35oz Galician rib steak from 8 to 10 year old Galician beef, dry-aged for over 30 days. This steak is best cooked at room temperature and ideally on a charcoal BBQ, but can also be cooked on a hot frying pan. Serve it on a hot plate after allowing it to rest for 10 minutes and sprinkle with sea salt flakes. Your box includes one frozen Galician Rib Steak, delivered on ice pads. If not using immediately, store in the freezer. Pair your steak with a bottle of our Milenrama Rioja, made exclusively from tempranillo grapes grown from old vines, producing a fruity wine with good length.
