Enjoy a delicious dinner for two with our Steak and Wine Box. Savor one large 35oz Galician rib steak from 8 to 10 year old Galician beef, dry-aged for over 30 days. This steak is best cooked at room temperature and ideally on a charcoal BBQ, but can also be cooked on a hot frying pan. Serve it on a hot plate after allowing it to rest for 10 minutes and sprinkle with sea salt flakes. Your box includes one frozen Galician Rib Steak, delivered on ice pads. If not using immediately, store in the freezer. Pair your steak with a bottle of our Milenrama Rioja, made exclusively from tempranillo grapes grown from old vines, producing a fruity wine with good length.

“I ordered these including other items 2 weeks before a nominated delivery day which is an additional payment, but on the day of delivery I was inform the delivery was cancelled as they’d unbelievably missed the collection schedule! I immediately called Basco to cancel the order as it was for dinner I had planned. After spending an additional £100 at a local butcher, Basco took it on themselves to make the delivery the following day to my expense. This was my first & last order with Basco…avoid”

“I bought this as a present for a friend recovering from a trip to hospital. While the actual steak and wine were great and thoroughly enjoyed, the delivery service was woeful - about as bad as possible. First attempt simply didn’t happen and resulted in the package being destroyed. Second attempt was left at a house nowhere near the delivery address. While the help line at Basco were polite and did their best, I was disappointed they didn’t suggest some kind of compensation for a poor experience.”
