COOKING GALICIAN STEAK The perfect way to cook our Galician Rib Steak is to bring the steak to room temperature for a couple of hours. Ideally you should cook it on a charcoal BBQ but if not, you can still cook it on a hot frying pan for about 8 minutes each side. Allow the steak to rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing it and sprinkling it with sea salt flakes. Serve in a hot plate. DELIVERY You will receive one frozen Galician Rib steak vac pac delivered on ice pads. If you are not using the steak straight away, store in the freezer. As always this arrived perfectly packaged and the steak very much still frozen. The steak was absolutely delicious, we will definitely be buying this again. The wine was the perfect accompaniment. It was a taste of Spain we’ve missed so much but so pleased Basco helps through lockdown.

Bought as a gift along with other items. Recipient was overwhelmed by the range and quality of every item. They have not yet tried the steak and wine so cannot comment on the flavour.

Lovely steak, I cooked it on top of the stove in a large frying pan. It took ten minutes to cook rare, which is a lot quicker than I anticipated. Overall an easy and delicious Valentines meal.

This was a beautiful cut of meat! Fantastic marbling made for a really tasty piece of meat. 8 minutes per side was ideal. I'll be back for more!
