If you love the glorious sweet/salty taste of anchovies these are the ones. Take a piece of good bread place anchovies inside pour a little of the olive oil on the bread and enjoy it. Simplicity itself. Of course one can find a multitude of uses for the anchovies as they are versatile and add flavour to any dish or salad.
