“Parma ham with melon is one of those dishes that I really enjoy, particularly for a summer lunch on the terrace during 'lock down' BUT the Serrano beats it, with more flavour and lends its 'self to adding fresh ground black pepper. Try it Melon, Serrano and Black Pepper it's like being on holiday.”
