Excellent salchichon, you can tell it's made with top quality Iberico pig. It was part of my first order from Basco but will not be the last, I'm very impressed by all the products I've tried so far - and I can definitely say they're all authentic as I'm a Spaniard myself! Well actually, Basque like Javier :-)
