I've missed Chistorra, even though you can get lots of different chorizos in the UK the stickiness of Chistora makes a wonderful change. Cooked it with diced pork and peppers served with a pile of chips. Should have bought more.

First time of purchase. Used one - the sausages measure about half a metre - chopped into sections with canneloni beans and pork in a casserole - delicious. Will buy again.
