Packed with meaty flavor , great to eat on it’s own or add to pasta or risotto mmmm. Chopped up and toss in a pan with cod cheeks , lovely.

First time I ordered it this summer I was really impressed. It was excellent. But this second time I'm really disappointed. It's very crumbly, impossible to do a slice. And the flavour is less balanced, quite acidic.
